Well I am not sure about this. All I get is a red flickering screen on Mac OS High Sierra.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We are aware of the issue and are currently working on fixing it. Apple took away the support for 32 bit applications and that is what our software was so we are working on getting our software to 64 bit.

Thank you for your patience. We will contact you once the issue is fixed.

    Regards,
    Priyanka

So is it possible to get a refund, I bought the licence to the software cause the page clearly states it works on Mac, which unfortunately is not my case.

    Hello,

We do not have an older version that we can provide you. If you have a windows machine available we can help you transfer the license. VRT is supported on Mac Mojave and up.

I am currently working with Mac Monterey. Do you have support for this operating system? Thank you.

    Hello Ana,

Thanks for your interest in our software!

VRT should work on Mac Monterey. However, since we don't support M1 chips yet, if your Mac runs on an M1 chip, it may not work.

Please feel free to contact us at support@cogmatio.com for any further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Cogmation Support Team

Hi Ana, as a User I confirm it works on intel macs, the product is great but the licensing is strange, every mac update I have to revalidate my license, which requires several email exchanges with cogmation.
